Return/Refund policy
Refunds can be done within 30 days of the purchase date on all stock items.  The customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise back to Formgraphics.  A 10% restocking charge applies.

Delivery method and timing.
All stock merchandise is shipped UPS ground.  Orders ship within 48 hours unless notified otherwise.
